NOTE: Certified copies from Pretoria, Cape Town and Johannesburg will be sent via Courier. Certified copies from All Other Deeds Offices will be Emailed. Copies for Clients Living Abroad will also be emailed.
This is the same document as the one for Information Purposes but certified under Sect 70 of the Deeds Registration Act.
NOTE: The document will be ordered from the Deeds Office. Our couriers pick up the documents on a weekly basis. This will then be couriered to our offices where we will courier it to you. When we receive the document we will send you a scanned copy in the meantime.
